• Kevin- I just wanted to let you know what a jewel you have in Marsha! I made reservations for a cruise through Marsha 7 months ago. I had never cruised before and had a million questions. Not only that, but I changed my mind about what I wanted, etc. about 87 times. Not only did Marsha keep a good attitude, she stayed friendly and caring the entire time. I know she is thanking her lucky stars that my cruise is over, all is well, and she doesn’t have to jump through my hoops anymore! I hate to tell her this, but she did such an awesome job dealing with a pain in the butt like me, that I’m going to use her for everything! Don’t let her go and give that girl a raise! • My husband and I have taken more than 20 cruises over the past 20 years, and I have probably worked with almost as many agents. When I was coaxed by co-workers into organizing a “girls’ cruise”, I surfed the internet and found your web page. I feel very fortunate that Marcia answered my inquiry! She worked up several itineraries, complete with a full range of categories and prices ? and was extremely patient and helpful in meeting the wants and needs of several ladies. As I said, I have worked with lots of agents, and I know how to shop for good prices, etc. Marcia offered us the best price I have ever received. But, that wasn’t all!!! Marcia called back later to say “Good news!! You have been upgraded several categories.” THEN, she called back again and said “More good news!! The price has dropped!! ” While I have had many agents promise both upgrades and additional discounts after booking, Marcia is the first that actually came through!! All of that, and ? she is warm and friendly and extremely responsive to all of my calls and requests!! I can assure you that I will not have to look for other agents in the future. • You booked our honeymoon in October of 2000 to the Southern Caribbean. My in-laws my husband and I are interested in booking a cruise sometime between mid August and the end of September. There will be approx 5 adults and two children (ages 14 and 8). I would imagine we would need 3 cabins. We would like balcony rooms. I look forward to working with you again. Thank you. P.S. • It was a wonderful trip. We had a great time. The hotel was nice and in the ideal location. We were able to walk to the Lion King theatre from our hotel. Seats were great. There was no need to use the Grayline tour bus because we were centrally located to most everything that interested us. For example, we just walked to Central Park and the Empire State Building. I don’t think I could have handled more than 4 days. The trip really wore us out cause there was so much to see. We could have spent more time sightseeing, but my body probably couldn’t have handled anymore. One added bonus for the week we went was special guest, Ricky Martin, at the Today Show. He did a mini concert outside. My wife was in heaven! We got there early to get very close to the stage to see Ricky shake his “bon bon”. I felt kind of out of place though. I think I was the only one representing the male gender close to the stage next to all these screaming women. I don’t know what the big fuss was over Ricky, but since it was my wife’s 30th birthday it was a nice treat for her. Thanks again for arranging the trip of me. • My husband and I returned from our Celebrity Cruise this weekend to snow, snow, snow!!!! I wanted to write and tell you what a fantastic time we had and thank you for helping us arrange it. Everything about the trip was perfect. The Galaxy is the most gorgeous ship, and while this was our first cruise, we couldn’t imagine it being any better. Our inside cabin was spacious and comfortable with tons of storage space. It wasn’t at all what we expected. The serice was impeccable and everyone on the ship was so friendly!!!! The food was the best I’ve ever had, and we did manage to get put on late seating. We became so close with our tablemates that we all were in tears saying goodbye and we’ve made a pact to go on another Celebrity Cruise together next year, so send us the itineraries!!!!Thanks so much again for helping us take the best vacation of our lives!!!! We want to try and go on a cruise every year now, and we want to stick with Celebrity if possible. Please send us the itineraries for next year’s cruises in January/February if you have them, so we can book early! Put me on your mailing list if you have one. • Your company arranged a Caribbean cruise for my family in February. Thank you again for making the cruise arrangements. Everything worked out great with no problems boarding and the state room was perfect for me, my wife and teenage daughter. The food was great; the ship board activities fun, and the ports-of-call were exciting. We especially enjoyed Mardi Gras in New Orleans. • We returned last Saturday, July 1st, from our seven day sail on the Carnival Triumph that you booked for us. We just wanted to let you know that we appreciate your courteous service in helping us to book the trip, and also to let you know that we had a FABULOUS time. Though we had cruised before, it had been quite some time, and we had forgotten what a relaxing and enjoyable vacation cruising can be. • Bravo, for the job well done on our reservations. Everything was perfect. The upgrade of balcony room was great. Guess who I will call if I get to go on another cruise someday. No one but Martin Travel. You need to take a trip on this ship. It is awesome. We had to remind ourselves we were on a ship. After cruising on the Voyager, another ship will not be satisfactory. However, we heard Royal Caribbean is building another new ship . I did leave a beautiful hair clasp in my room. Bummer. Well, anyway, thank you thank you. You made two people very happy.
